Need to get away and relax or need to come for business? Welcome to our charming home away from home. Have a stroll in downtown where summer music fills the air every Thursdays and Fridays. We are within the block of the Fountain Park and the historic Brumback Library (United States First County Library). Every thing you need within 2 blocks of the home. Come and enjoy a part of Van Wert's history.

The condo is on the main level of the house and will be accessible to the guests.

We do our best to provide and accommodate our guests. We live in the area and are available via text/phone.

In the 1820 Van Wert was inhabited by Native Indian. It was colonized in 1834. Van Wert offers a rich history through its many architectural buildings, museums, libraries and parks. Downtown Van Wert has gone through many restorative updates and the Downtown Mission continues to beautify Van Wert.

Another site to see is, Smiley Park, a National Award Winning Children's Garden that started as a small project by local citizen's to teach children a little about herbs and plants grew to be the beautiful garden it is today. You will not want to miss this one.

The Family Video and the YMCA are both located within 100 feet of the home. The Y offers hydromassage therapy, massage therapy, and babysitting services and so much more. As Picasso's VIP Guest's you will be able to get discounted Y passes for the length of your stay. The Y is open 24/7, offing an olympic size pool, three basket ball courts, weight training, free weights, exercises classes and baby sitting services. There is plenty to do for the entire family.
