Our two-room apartment is ideal for accommodating a maximum of 4 guests.

Bedroom:
1 Bedroom: Large King Size Bed with fresh linen, towels, extra pillows, and a blanket.

Kitchen, Dining, and Living Area (Open Plan):
Fully Equipped Kitchen: It has everything needed for cooking – hob, oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle.

Consumables: Essential products are provided, such as oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, vinegar, and black pepper, as well as kitchen roll.

Dining/Workspace: The dining table is suitable for up to 4 people and serves excellently for both sit-down meals and as a working place.

Entertainment: Cozy sofa bed with a coffee table and a Smart TV.

Bathroom, Laundry, and Additional Amenities:
Fully Equipped Bathroom: Toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Washing Machine: Washing machine with provided laundry liquid.

Other Appliances: Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Entrance Hall and Terrace:
Hallway: Dedicated place for shoes and a jacket rack.

Terrace/Balcony: Drying cloth rack, table, and chairs – ideal for morning coffee.

Parking:
Free Street Parking: We do not have a private, designated parking spot. The streets around are free for parking wherever a space is available.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-room apartment, including the terrace/balcony.

Check-in: We use a secure self-check-in system (via a lockbox) for your convenience. Access codes and detailed instructions are provided only after the mandatory online check-in form is fully completed. This process includes submitting a valid ID/passport, providing the refundable security deposit, and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

Building: Guests are welcome to use the common areas of the building hallway and stairwell to access the apartment, which is located on the third floor.

We respect your privacy but are always available during reasonable hours.

Since we use a self-check-in system, you can arrive and settle in without any need for physical interaction.

We are readily available via phone or messaging to assist with local recommendations or any needs you may have, typically between 8:00 and 22:00. For emergencies outside these times, please contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Your comfort is our priority!

To the Center (Old Town/Kapana): A quick 5 to 10-minute taxi ride or drive will take you directly to the heart of Plovdiv. Taxis are affordable and readily available via apps.

Public Transport: There are several bus stops within a short walk of the apartment, connecting you efficiently to the Central Bus and Train Station and the main pedestrian area.

On Foot:

UMBAL Pulmed: Just a 5-minute walk for immediate access.

Mall Plovdiv: Approximately a 15-20 minute walk or a very short drive.

Youth Hill (Dzhendem Tepe): Steps away for recreation and morning jogs.

Free Parking: The included Free Parking spot makes driving hassle-free if you arrive with your own vehicle or plan to explore the region (e.g., Bachkovo Monastery or Koprivshtitsa).

Quick Steps Required Before Check-in
The following quick steps are required and can be completed quickly and securely online prior to check-in:

*Damage Deposit: A fully-refundable 100 € Damage Deposit is required (released after check-out).
*ID Verification: ID Verification is required.
*Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement must be signed.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

*Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 14:00 - 16:00 and 22:00 - 8:00. This is especially important as the apartment is in a quiet residential building.

*Respect for Neighbors: We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels in the stairwell and when entering/leaving the building. No excessive noise, music, or shouting is permitted at any time.

*No Parties/Events: Parties, loud gatherings, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited

*NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets of any size. Bookings made with pets will be cancelled without refund.

*Towel Care: To prevent staining, please do NOT use towels for makeup removal, hair dye, or cleaning spills.

*NO Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside the apartment and building. A minimum cleaning fee (e.g., €100) will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

*Furniture: Please do not rearrange or move any furniture inside the apartment.

*Shoes Off: We kindly ask guests to remove outdoor shoes when inside the flat to help maintain cleanliness.

*Balcony Use: Please do not hang towels or laundry over the balcony railing. Use the clothes rack provided.

*Cleaning: While we handle the deep cleaning, we ask that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you check out.

*Maximum Guests: Only the number of guests confirmed in the original booking are permitted to stay overnight. No unauthorized guests allowed.

*Security: Please ensure the main apartment door and building entrance are locked securely when leaving the flat/building.

*Heating/AC: Please turn off the air conditioning or heating unit when leaving the apartment for extended periods or when opening the balcony door.

*Long-Term Bookings: For stays exceeding 10 nights, an additional mandatory mid-stay housekeeping service is required to ensure the continued high standard of the flat. This service will be scheduled with the guest and incurs an extra fee.

*Mandatory Online Check-in: To confirm your booking and receive check-in instructions, the lead guest MUST complete our secure online check-in form. This includes agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, providing a valid photo ID or passport, and providing a refundable security deposit.

*Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €100 is required via the secure online check-in form. This deposit will be fully released after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of house rules.

*Check-in/out Policy (Late/Early Fee)
Non-Approved Check-in/out Policy: Your Standard Check-in Time 15:00 and check-out is 11:00.

*Any early check-in or late check-out that has NOT been approved and confirmed by the host in advance will incur a penalty charge of €10 per hour.
