Hove Recreation ground & Hove Park are within easy walking distance as well as Preston Park and the Rockery.

The tesco express is open 24/7 for all your shopping needs, aswell as a co op further along or a drive to Waitrose.

7 dials is about a 10 minute walk or so and also has the Flour Pot , Gail's bakery, and lovely restaurants and cafes including the Cow with its exquisite Thai menu. Tutti Frutti is. A great cafw serving all day breakfast and homemade sandwiches and salad boxes.

If you didn't want to venture far you really dont have to as you have everything on your door step or you can go into town also within 5-10 minutes bus/drive.
